The insturment cluster pod?
There are 2 screws that hold it in near the top of it's "cave" I think they are phillips head.
Slide one side of the pod out, unhook the two cable harnesses, and manhandle the pod out with one corner through the steering wheel, and the other not. May need to turn the car on so you can turn the wheel so you can work it out.
