Need help my heater blower is dead!

I just bought the car from a private owner and the heater blower is dead, I checked the fuses and they are all fine. I want to buy another blower motor but I want to be sure thats the problem. I was wondering if it could be the relay because the ASC light will not go out etheir. I was also wondering if it could be the resistor. Any ideas will help me thanks!

The heater blower relay is K4 and is the centre relay at the back of the engine bay fuse box
The output stage resistor is in the heater box on the right hand side to get at it you remove the kick panel/glove box depending on LHD RHD to test it put a volt meter on pin 5 green and yellow wire and test the voltage while varying the heater blower control it should vary between 5 – 13v.
To test the motor go straight to its connector and power it.
