Ive Had My 2001 E38 For About A Month And Im Trying To Locate All The Bugs.it Started Raining The Other Day. I Put On The Wipers , There Working Great ,they Are Speeding Up As It Rains Harder, Then They Shut Off And Wont Turn Back On. Holy Vision Quest! Then In Ten Minutes They Start Working Again? Help Me See Again.
