Easy there L337..
hahahah..but good reasons
The day I found out I was losing my company car, I was driving a friends 911 C4s. I knew I couldn't afford a Porsche that would suffice as a daily driver so I started looking at BMW and Audi. I wanted a E36M3 but the ones in my pricerange had a few more miles than I wanted to spend. Wife always liked the 5's and I found this one with 5 speed and sport at a great price.
looks, first thing i saw that jetblack 3 coupe, i just fell in love. slipped inside and drove it, what a awesome bonus! the handling was so nice.
I was driving a Chevy Beretta, but my roommate was nice enough to wreck that... And not give my anything for it... i'm not bitter, really... So I started looking for old 80's model Camaros, and found nothing in my range that was in any kind of decent condition. I knew i needed a car without too many miles, that would last me through a couple more years of college, and one day on the side of the road, I saw a bimmer that had a for sale sign on it. I figured i'd stop by just to see how far out of my price range it was. Everyone needs a good slap in the face sometimes, right? So it was a '90 7 series with 230K miles, and the owner was asking for $4500, with a copy of Blue Book's $7800 in the window. I started thinking to myself that a BMW will last forever (230K?? ), and would also hold it's value reasonably well if I ever decided to resell it. I started looking online, cars.com and Ebay mostly, and found my 87 325 on EBay in DC, where I work, for 2 grand. I figured I'd be stupid NOT to buy it. Sure, it had problems, and still does, but they're systematically being remedied, and I'm in LOVE!

damn right my baby has problems hehe but their only aesthetic flaws...
oh ya i got it because i would rather have a 3rd gen rx-7 tt as my first choice but its outta my price range...and i have always like e36's because they look very aggressive and i love the sound of the engine as it screams to redline :)
I got mine because i couldnt get a CRX. I was dissapointed at first but that only lasted a week because i discovered the magic of RWD.
i bought mine about 18 months ago.

and i bought it because i was doing 45 miles a day, and i needed a car that would ......

cope with high miles and my heavy right foot.
i wanted a practical 4 door but a sports car.
and more important...... i wanted more women.
to get more pussy........

That the main reason for everthing in life.

can't you get an RX7 for like 10 grand? a 3rd gen
when i first bought a BMW it was between a S4 and the 540, I wanted something with power, pimpness and 4 doors. Drove the audi and few times and liked it, then I drove a 540 and I never turned back, now I am hooked on BM, drove an S4 not to long ago and I am very happy I stayed with BM.
The 3rd gen TT rx7s arnt all that expensive. Just more rare. Try finding one in your area that someone is selling and still in good condition. Anyone that has one isnt willing to get rid of it.
3rd gen rx-7s in my area go from anywhere like low 10s to high 20s and the crappy condition ones go for a little under 10 but these are the ones with blown engines and salvaged cars and such
