Anybody know what's up with Nikis-place??

I sent in an email 2 1/2 days ago and have not gotten any reply.
I want to buy a new bumper, but just wanted to clarify what was exactly included, since the website doesn't specify.

I am ready to order, just need to confirm a few things.
