I agree. 18's look best and I think 19's would be so low profile, it would beat the shit out of you driving.Originally posted by AZ325Ci@May 13 2003, 11:49 AM
19's will fit, but I think that those are just for show. I would go no bigger than 18's. In a few months, I will be getting 18x8.5 on mine.
yes, you can go wider than 8.5, but you will need to roll your fenders to accomodate the wheels.Originally posted by Scarface@May 13 2003, 07:47 PM
yea the more i think about it, I think I might go with the 18 inch...Can I go any wider than 8.5? Someone told me I could go all the way to x10 before but he may have been full of it. I'm sure the wider you go, the more expensive it is too...Anyway thanks alot for the help and I will let you guys know whether or not I get this 325i I have been looking at!
No i was talking bout the e36 not the e46. and yes u can put 8x10's on a e36 m3 with SOME modingOriginally posted by SpeedsterBMW@May 14 2003, 04:05 AM
he's talking E36, and e30_325_s52 your talking about e46....true on the e46 i can fit 19x10 in the rear without any moditifications, and i can fit 19x9 in the front...BUT for a e36, on a sedan, the max i would go is 18".....19"s dont even look right on non-m e46s.....but the e46 m3 has a larger wheel well....so 20"s can fit

Haven't seen you around in a long time on the forums, what's new?Originally posted by Stylin@May 15 2003, 08:36 AM
19"s are fine.. no real rubbing problems here.. i run 19x8.5"s all around with 235/35/19s all around. Im pretty low too.. rears are tucked and a small gap in the front. The rear passenger side will scrape the inside well if theres a few people in the car if anything.
