Occasionally after i turn off my car, the black cylinder with the green tape on keeps running. I think this has been causing my battery to die out, since im having trouble lowering the windows and raising them too.
This happens occasionally and it wouldnt turn off unless i unplugged the battery. Im not sure what the part is called, but its located on the right side of the car.
Does this mean i have to replace it, or is it something worse? :help
