Ok so its been super cold here today and there was a light snowfall today, not enough to cause any real external ice to form on the car, but its about 12 degrees right now.

I havent been able to roll down any of my windows since about noon today when it was snowing, the crazy thing is there is no visible ice or snow on the windows but they wont budge and I finally just quit trying, dont want to wear out the (infamous) regulators.

This ever happen to anyone?

-1 HERE but when things are cold as they are the components work slower or there maybe some water in the doors from frost overnights and then thawing during afternoon warmer temps causing components to freeze. oh ya the windows have a cut off system i think when there is so many attempts or up and down movements it will shut itself down for a few minutes then reset and have power back so this should keep window components from damage ie motors, regulaters etc.
