Don't ever use warm water when washing in the cold, you can cause your paint to crack.

ive washed cars in the high 20s, just gotta watch cause the water will freeze on your car! put it back in the garage and itll melt, then just towl dry

just use the cold water on it and eventually itll melt down without damage
