hi all just wondering i have seen these turbo kits about and it looks strate forword but for some reson i think it aint.

i have got a e36 328i,

i was think wouldnt i need to change the guts a my engine to.. eg pistens,cam cranks ect??????? to do this could someone please halp me out please thanks.
