The brakes have been done!

Hey Guys,

Had the front and rear brakes done today. The rotors had to be replaced also.

45X.00 for parts
150.00 for labor
and a little for tax.

The rear pads are a half-inch thick!! very thick pads. I didn't know the rotors had
to be replaced so soon. =( Is it the car or driving manners? I just bought the car
and it has 31k - the original owner said that he had replaced them before.

New car to me. =\ The weekend after I bought it the sensor came on. No biggie overall.
31,000 on it.

Hopefully I'm not hard on it and they'll last a while!!!
you should trying doing your own brakes, you save alot.... It wasn't hard, but you have to have the right tools and some mechnical knowledge.
Why don't you get your self a copy of either Haynes or Bentley DIY manuals.

They both offer really good how-to instructions, including brakes.

Just a hint
