Ok I have the m3 shocks..., and m3 springs....


First of all are they really better than stock 325is???? what else should I have installed "while their down there"....

I was thinking of new bushings... and relpace some belts.... anyother ideas....


and what belts can they replace are their more than 2? Altenator, AC... and what else???\


any other ideas??

m3 springs are a little lower and more firm than the stock springs, and im pretty sure the m3 shocks are the same ones with different spring rates.

There are 2 belt on every engine (at least this is how most are, somecompanies use different setups more belts or just 1 belt but bmw uses 2)

The timing belt and the serpintine belt. Serpentine belt runs everything except waterpump and cam, like ac, powersteering etc etc. The timing belt of coarse...runs the timing with the cam and the waterpump. These are basically 2 essential things and are the only things on the timing belt to reduce wear and resistence. Serpintine belt is a skinny little mofo of a belt and is smooth, the timing belt is a big mofo with teeth.
