i havent seen it yet, but im sure even if i have i wouldnt be able to fix.
my dads 530i starts itself after a while once he kills the engine and goes in.
Could be the Ignition switch contacts, the switch is located behind the ignition barrel, remove the steering cowl and you should see a black (normally) box with wires in/out this is the switch, they are easy to change.
