so as of 17:00 today im the new owner of an 02 M black on black:wub the car originated in California and i know of the strict emission laws there. in my state however we dont have the same laws so im wondering how i would go about removing these parts maybe get a lil extra out of my vehicle ive searched around and havent really found anything on this subject kind of makes me curious why any help would be greatly appreciated

Nothing really, you can just modify with out having to worry about emissions.
