Hi all, new to bmw's i have 2 questions maybe someone can help.

1. When i switch on the ignition the rad fan comes on automaticaly and will not go off untill i turn on the ign.

2. What are the functions of the photocells on the rear view mirror i think one is for auto dimming? are there any other functions.

I'm sure the photo cells are for auto dimming.
