Put on a 2.25" dropped suspension and the rear tires have some pretty good negative camber. Can I adjust this? or do I need a camber kit? anyone?

You need adjustable rear control arms, such as these B BMW E36 92-98 316 REAR ADJUSTABLE CONTROL ARM 95 96: eBay Motors (item 150381881556 end time Jun-16-10 15:14:34 PDT)
Factory arms allow for very little adjustment ... it's almost nothing so you pretty much need new arms if you want to actually fix anything.
