Radiator Swap From 87 325i To Later Radiator From 89 325i

Hi1,wondering If It Is Just A Hose Change To Convert, My Rad. Has Outlets On Top And Bottom Left,the One I Want To Fit Has Top Left And Bottom Right Ie Diagonally Opposite Any Advice Appreciated On This Also The Routing.OF The hoses particularly the bottom one please dont say ive to change the water pump!
