Drive and autocross VW's but there is a deal on an E30 I might not be able to pass up.

Anyone know if an E30 325e blows a timing belt is it an interferience motor and what it takes to repair?

AFAIK all variants of the BMW M20 are interference engines.

Damn. I haven't looked at the car yet but he says it's rust free so I'm still interested.
I think I can handle an engine swap if need be. HA!
