The passenger glass is going down by one push but to go up I should continue holding the button. One touch is not working for closing the glass.

What could be the reason for that?

I'd check the switch; maybe that secondary contact is bad.

The switch / secondary contacts, is ok!!

Make sure your door switches are OK. the auto up function is disabled if the door is open.
