I have a 2001 740iL with the Mk2 system (smaller screen) and I see a guy locally with a 2003 740Li that is parting it out - if I buy the screen unit and the nav unit in the rear of the car will the system swap over into mine?

Bump - can someone let me know if I'm only going to find the MK3 nav system in 200/2001 E38's or did the newer 7's come with them also?
