What's up guys and gals! I'm new to this site. I have now purchased an 01 bmw 540i m62tu engine 6speed manual transmission black on black. I have an issue with my ews. I was reading up on a post that cutting the green wire on e46 bypasses the ews and starts the car and am curious. I know it worked on the e46 but will cutting the #7 green wire on my e39 work aswell? I don't want to damage anything. My battery died and ews went out of sink with my key. Now my car is at risk of being towed from the 24hr parking and I don't have the money to tow to dealership. anything would help thanks in advance
