well thats an e30, ur in the e36 forum..whatever, thats for the moderators any way..... the car from the link is a 4-cylinder economy car with a little pep and allegedly great handling.. with that many miles for that price its def a ripoff, on the east coast u could find that car for less than 2k easily. mods arent too expensive unless u wanna get real serious. maintanance: a car is as good as the previous owner, whic means if the guys who had it earlier fucked it up, then the car will obviously cost a good amount to mantain. if you have a budget of less than 5k youll prob get a e30, but if you wanna spend more than that you could get the e36. yes u could do engine swaps, and theyre pretty expensive unless u do the work, a swap could run as little as 5k and up, the e30 6 cylinders(m20) are single cam engines, '85 and up 4cylinders have dual overhead cams. if ur the type to do ur own work, u could do some turbo work and assemble ur own kit...but whatever, thats good for now

well olschool could mean e36, my car is now 10 years old (prodcution date was i think 12th month 1993, thats considered ol school) anyways, what is your budget? you may be looking at an e36 (looks like my car) or e30 which is the older style than mine.

give us some money figures and one of the staff members will direct it to the proper forum or leave it here..

also welcome to the forums.
