Bought myself a birthday present and got it installed last Thursday. My new M3 diffuser (for non M bumpers). BMW E36 M3-LOOK REAR BUMPER DIFFUSER LIP NON-M3 92-98: eBay Motors (item 120601830392 end time Aug-27-10 12:06:40 PDT) Going to paint it this week, I think gloss black will look better than flat black against the Cosmos Schwartz Metallic. Here's a pic straight out of the box.

It's painted and mounted, just used Rustoleum for plastic.
