Just got mine in the mail today. Looks like last year they gave away 15. So you and I BOTH can win. (but my M3 is faster than your M3, and Speedsters non existant M3) :laughhead:

BMW CCA 2002 Raffle Winners

When all was said and done there were 15 cars to be given away and a partial cash prize of $40,480.

raffles around this village are dull!
1st prize..... picnick hamper
2nd prize.... bottle of scotch
3rd prize.... bottle of shampoo!

what does it mean, partial winner? so do they cut off his legs and give the prize to his upper stump?

It means there were not enough to qualify in that stage so he gets what's left..I believe this is done in stages of tickets sold which actually is very cool cause like Sooner said we all get a better chance to win vs. 1 winner overall..

i just got the raffle tix order form in the mail. the woman is totally against it, so i will have to use a money order to buy them or when she sees the checkbook entry she will be "WTF?!?!"
