I own a1998 BMW 5 SERIES 2.8CC. There is aknocking sound in the nearside B post caused when the car goes over a bump. Any ideas .

Loose door latch or hinge. Loose seat belt perhaps? Are you sure its in the B-pillar and not coming from the suspension?
