Frame damage really isn't a straight forward type of thing. They may be able to pull it out to near perfect, but it won't be perfect. There could also be damage farther back that you aren't aware of from the pressure of the frame moving in that direction. Pulling the frame will weaken the metal (think about a paper clip that you bend back and forth, the more you bend it the weaker it becomes until it just breaks.) and that may cause more problems. Also, depending on how good they (the body shop) are, the parts may not fit quite the way the used to because the frame isn't 100% true.
As for the engine mounts, the ones on the pass. side may be shot and possibly need to replace/repair the area where the mount attaches to (not neccesarily the rubber mount itsled alone). Imagine how big a pile of poop you'd be in if one of those simply cracked off under the weight of the engine (I admit this does sound way out there, but it is something to consider).
