has anyone had any luck removing a plastic injector and taking it apart, if its possible?, and cleaning it out? #3 cyl will not fire, dry plug, removed the plug wire and still ran crappy, no change in idle, still rough and no power, once in a while it will kick in and run like it should but mostly it misses and runs cruddy. :help tanks guys for any input

Injector issue

Hi, if you sure its the injector at fault try getting swapping it with one of your other injectors or possibly try gettin a second hand replacement,this is all just in case your problem lies elsewhere. so you dont fork out for a problem that doesn't exist.

Check out autohausaz.com. They will have an original oem injector made by bosch for it for like 80 dollars and free shipping.I wouldnt get an aftermarket in case it operated somewhat different than the other OEMs. If you did that id get 6 extra seals. (2 per injector for the other 3 injectors) and put them on. most of the time the injector fails due to that seal dry rotting and going bad over time. It did it on my e32 3.5 motor. IN my mind i think 80 bucks is cheaper than even messing with them.
