Hi guys, ok, everythings cool with the timing belt, but I am having major issues with getting the a/c and the P/s belts on... not sure why these ones are so hard, I got the timing and water pump/alternator belts on fine. :wtf :dunno
help is much appreciated as i'm without my car until this is done!

Like kraut said, there are two brackets you must loosen. On the P/s pump there are two bolts you must loosen, one of them is on the backside. The AC should be relatively easy, it is pretty much self explanatory. The problem I ran into is that Pelican Parts sent me the wrong belt for the AC, so i had to get a new belt and wait more time. But everything should come together and the belts should just slip on.

god dammit! no i have not stretched them, im not THAT dumb :) i dont know where my bentley is... though it should be around somewhere because i had it a few days ago. I was doing it based on that pelican book, which was pretty good up until it stopped giving me directions. Thanks for the input guys... will go look for bentley and continue about my day..

i like PP, but they seem to mess up orders a lot? one time they sent charged me twice for a valve cover gasket. but they all were the correct dimensions according to the belts that had been on.

There are 2 different lengths for the A/C belt. Both lengths fit but one is just long enough that when the compressor is swung out to make the belt tight it allows one of the A/C hoses to rub on the body. Eventually this will wear through the hose.
