New guy here. Looking to see if anyone else is running bike carbs on their M10 engine. I got 4 38mm Keihin CVK carbs (2.0mm {#200}main jets, stock pilots with idle screws out 1 full turn) on a custom intake, Freshly rebuilt M10 2.0 (1979) block (stock bore) with a 1.8 1984 head, with a BavAuto Sterling Ceramic header, into sterling ceramic mid pipe, and finally out an ANSA sport rear pipe and muffler. Car runs awesome, looking for any others out there to trade tips and tricks with on the bike carb setup. Seems everyone else used R1 carbs, and they may be easier to work with. I know Bogg Bros. tunes these over in the UK, but I'm in middle America. Car screams, sounds awesome, and is very responsive, just looking to see if there are any others that have done this that have any tips or tricks, seems to use a bit more fuel now, and really just wondering if anyone knows what kind of mileage they are getting with bike carbs. Also, if your in the Kansas City area and have any local E21 resources (parts suppliers, salvage yards, etc.) I would appreciate it. Thanks.
