Hey so I go to this meet in my hometown Brooklyn @ Floyd Bennett Field, and it's a Infinity/Nissan meet. We get their and it's tons of nice G35's/Maxima'setc.... It was kind of windy and the way the cars were spaced out in this big ass lot I decided to drive around to look at the cars. As I approched the G35 section I heard a distant noise screaming from one of the owners "Park that shit up". I looked over and laughed. All I was doing was admiring their cars and the fact that I had a BMW really pissed him off.
WTF... Was I wrong for going to their meet? Let me know guys?

I am with JB, its not so much the age or brand that your checking out, more the time effort and pride that people have in their cars. Sure some folks are trying to polish a turd. There are some very dedicated folks out there, very much like yourself 1LB, that take a lotta pride in their ride, and I suspect that you have always been like this, even with some very much lesser cars than what you are driving now. If I am admiring someones car, I tell them what a great job they have done and ask how they have acheived the result, and what is next, who's gone give grief to someone that is paying them a compliment? If they do, then politely back away because they aren't palying with a full deck.
