I am looking to replace my door mirrors with ones that will fold up. If possible automatically when the alarm is set and would fold down when the alarm is taken off. Can you recommend anything that would work and where I might get them?

Yeah, I bought replicas for my car last year. They work great and have an autodimming feature as well. Click Here

I'm sure there is a way to wire them up but I do not know personally.
