Hi,
Eyebrows on my 520i e60 do not work at all. There are no error messages on the iDrive and all the fuses are ok.
What could be the problem?

Well I checked all the fuses in the trunk and in the glow box - they're all fine.
I read somewhere that someone also had the same problem and solved it by performing software update.

You are correct there's a glitch in the software, chap on here says it takes 10 minutes at a dealer:

It was a software problem. I went to the dealer. It took them about an hour to install new software.
Everything works now.

Software problems...whatever happened to a good old fashioned relay. On a serious note, I've heard about the problem before and I'm glad you got it sorted out.
