blah, smg = no burnouts. ther was a clip on there that showed way to much hopping of the car off the line. take the 7 speed out and put a 6 speed stick shift in. fuck that SMG-3

SMG speed on acceleration is only relevent literally on acceleration. Once you start eo have to slow down, go through corners and chicanes a manual gear change is the only way to go. That is why F1 cars are auto up the gear box and manual down.

270 km/h is not it's maximum. It is around 310 km/h I guess

F1 drivers have to 'manually' shift both up and down with paddles. in 2003 they had to paddle shift downshifts but were allowed auto upshifts. either way, sequential manual gearboxes are the way to go when driving on a circuit; manuals dont offer any better performance and it's impossible to be as consistant as smg
