I am trying to replace the center console cover on my 02 525i. Too many cracks and scratches.

I have the dash end disconnected (removed 2 screws under shifter insert and 1 screw under hazard light switch). I cannot see how to disconnect the back end which seems to be attached to the arm rest unit.

Does anyone have good instructions on how to remove/replace this center console cover?
