Does Pioneer AVIC-F500BT work with headunit?

Hi,
i want to install the Pioneer AVIC-F500BT in our 2001 E46. The car has the original Navi headunit with Harman Kardon active speaker setup. Is it possible to connect the Pioneer to the original setup?
