I crashed my 2001 BMW 325i at around 7. Some dumb bitch ran a fucking red light because she was eating her fucking pizza and iced tea with her daughter... She easily had to be the most ignorant person ever... After the crash I asked my passenger if she was okay ran to their car to see how they were and called 911. All she did was tell her daughter to go back and get her iced tea...people these days. I'm only 17 and hopefully they don't rule in her favor because of my age. I'll post some pics soon.

yea. but there were no witnesses so i've heard that it gets split 50/50...but i might sue her..

50/50 as in through insurance. or it gets crossed. mine covers hers and vice versa

Was she denying fault? Any traffic cameras at that intersection?
