for my e46 I used a grinder blade removal tool. The holes lined up perfectly with the two screws on the water pump pulley.


maybe use that as a template? it was from a makita grinder.

Thanks for the suggestion. I think I will buy a piece of steel bar stock from Home Depot and drill the holes and grind out the radius.
