Our 2002 525i keeps warning us to check the oil level with an annoying dash "ding" and an LED readout on the dash. BMW has a TSB to change the oil level sensor which I did but guess what, it still goes off. Fresh oil change done with 6.9 qts of Mobil 1 so oil is topped up fine. Anyone else ever had this issue? What resolves this?
