Don't have any problem that I know of, just wondered if I needed to bleed them as a "routine maintenance" item. Like changing the oil, filters, etc.

Naw man..bleeding brakes is not a maintenance problem..you should be cool and good to go!! :thumbs

Best practice is to bleed the brakes after every brake change. Again, this is good practice and recommended, but not a 'must'. I don't know if you are the original owner of the car or not, or if you know when the last time was that they were bled. I do suggest that you bleed them at some point, if only to replace the brake fluid. It certainly would not hurt.
