Ok, I don't know why but a few months ago when I got my 330i for my graduation present, I thought that I was getting the best in near-luxury performance/luxury. I'm not a person to really complain about this, but I found that the BMW really left things out once I really got used to driving it. Everyone one of my friends told me to pick the Bimmer it was the best in handling, acceleration, luxury and the whole nine yards. But now that I've had it, I don't seem to like it that much. The leather already stained (feels rough), the car rattles already and there seems to be a little too much plastic looking covers on the inside (didn't notice before because I just wanted to buy it). That's not the whole reason for me not to liking the car. I had to take it to get the engine inspected and the nearest BMW dealer (200+ miles from here) because the car wouldn't accelerate in the cold (I live in the NW It gets very cold in the winter and lots of snow). I just had a chance to test drive a 2004 Acura TL and was left quite impressed by it. Not only by the DVD-A System, but also just by the interior and exterior (looks a lot better in person). Driving it was also great even though most complain about it being FWD. I'm sorry, but I just don't see who spends there lives in a track getting the real benefits of RWD. I can't really drive my car w/o chains because of the amount of snow that's fallen and also because I'll loose complete control of the car. I regret getting the BMW although it is a nice car and most would like to have one. Has anyone ever gone through something like this?
