I want to get a bike rack for my 328IS... I just don't know anything about them. Do they need special ones? How would you put them on? What should I look for so that I don't damage my car?

Wow, you're still alive.
I know thule makes one for the roof. I believe yakima makes one as well, but not sure if it's for the trunk or roof. I'd feel comfortable with either of those brands. Then again if you want something cheap walmart sells a few different kinds.
