I just bought a 1985 325e and the battery was disconnected when delivered. I have no idea how the battery is connected. Is the positive terminal on the battery supposed to be grounded?!?? And therefore the negative terminal would be connected to the positive lead from the car? Or is it like newer cars with positive to positive and negative to negative? PLEASE HELP!

the black wire going to the frame, goes to battery negative, the red one goes to the battery positive,it should be marked.
