Ive just bought a BMW 530 se, sexy car with a Screen in the console with GPS, TV etc.... but the backlight has just broken on it which make it impossible to use in the dark with out a torch and can only see a little bit of it during the day. I noticed that the screen got quite hot before this happened.
BMW dealers told me it would cost 1500 GBP to replace which I dont want to pay, has anyone here had the same problem and been able to fix without replacing?
