Hey guys, im not sure if someone already started a thread like this before so here goes. List all if any annoyances you have found while owning your 3-series. The one i have is not being able to use the second cup holder in my car without having to lift the arm rest, grrr

yammahamma, no you cant! if u put a soda in the second one you will not be able to put the arm rest all the way down, it will rest on the soda can, it might work if you have a tiny soda can, but i was talking about a regular side one

Hmmm....I swear you can...but then I don't drink that much soda.

...and my previous car was an e30. I used both cup holders in that to hold the steering wheel and to change gears.

ony my e46...the window regulators. The squeking rear seat (coupe), worn control arm bushings with 17 inch low profile wheels/tires.

yammahamma, hmm strange, well i have a sedan, and i see you drive a coupe, i might be different on your but on mine you can't fit a soda can in the second cup holder cuz the arm rest will fall on top of it and not go all the way down

Occasionally the sunroof interior panel rattles...........other than that, my 3 loves me!

The beep every winter morning as the temperature sensor moves from "heated garage" to "cold outdoor temp" at 3C.

No wheel studs to hang the rim from when changing tires.

Traction Control ruining the spontaneity of giving it a bit of a rip.

Automatic doorlocks in my 2006 325xi. I can't count the number of times I went all the way around to the passenger side to get something out and found the door locked! UUURRRG.

That BMW quit making 330's when the 335 came out. The 328 should have gotten the 330 upgrades by default!

I put soda cans in the 2nd cup holder all the time and it may sit on top but it goes so far down I never thought about it. In fact when I want to have some fun anyways I always pull it up so may arm has lots of room for fast shifting!!

The minor annoyance that I have is on the OBC I can't reset my m/L or average speed, ect only my trip kms can I reset....

I looooove my 3!!!

I'll try it out. I think I tried it once before and it reset my trip odm. We'll see if I can make it work. Tx.
