Every time i put the new code in the last number beeps, i tryed putting the key in "acc" left it for an hour but still beeps, any thing else i could try?

lol, i had this very same problem with my 94 540i, you need to leave the car and radio on for one hour.....until the lights on the numbered key's come on then enter your code!.....
