I have a 1984 528E and the Heater/Blower/Ac fuse blew out a few weeks ago. After numerous attempts with new fuses, the car continues to reject them. This leads me to believe the fuse is being grounded out somewhere. Can somebody point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated as winter is just around the corner.

You're on the right track... almost certainly a bad ground.
