My A/C stopped working suddenly. It worked on a drive to a location, then, after stopping only a short time, no A/C. Zero air flow! Suggestions? Thx!

The compressor may have shit the bed. It's a common problem on the E39's. It happened to me about 3 years ago.

Could this be your problem? Check to see if there is cold air just sitting in the vents........
