When driving slow and hitting bump I could hear the clunking noise coming from front suspension (both left and right). When driving at the speed between 50-60mph I feel little vibration on the steering wheel especially when turning the steering slightly along a slightly bent road.
I had mechanic look at it and he claimed he checked bushings, arms and stabilizer links and everything seem to be tight. He says it maybe steering rack that is causing this noise and suggesting replacing steering rack.
Also, I want to mention that I don’t feel any play when moving steering wheel, feels perfectly smooth, not any kind of noise.

Has anyone experience same or similar issue? Any ideas?
Do you think steering rack should be replaced?
