Help
I've had my 2000 Z3 for 3 years and only drive it in the Summer. Five or six times during the summer the DSC, EML and check engine light will come on. Then it will run in "limp" mode. I turn off the car and start it again and only the check engine lights stays on and the car runs fine. The check engine light eventually goes out.
I took it to the dealer and it had the following faults:
DSC Module
Steering Angle Sensor
Throttle body & acceleration sensor
They checked all the connections - no loose or corrosion.
They cleared the faults, but I'm sure the it will happen again!
