My wifes 323IC aux electric fan will not shut off. Of course now that the battery is dead it is off. Where do I start to repair/fix it?

Mine was having the same problem just a couple of days ago and my husband found that the "Low Speed Relay Switch" needs to be replaced. I don't think you can replace the switch alone though. I think you actually have to replace the entire fan. Hope this helps and good luck.
